A nice story...but...
Turns out the display of sportswomanship was not really necessary. The Ump blew the call. BTW - I use the term "sportswomanship" intentionally. I doubt guys would have done this. We tend to look at events like this and say "Sucks to be you, dude."
In Thailand it only costs $11.74 to have two schoolgirls carry you around a square. It's worth every penny, believe you me.
