Let me give you the gist if you don't feel like going to the link. Yankees vs. Blue Jays. The Yankees have been stinking up the joint and were about to be swept by the Jays. Its the 9th inning and A-Rod is a baserunner. There was a pop-up and he yells "mine" well the fielder backed off and it fell. Bummer. Odviously the Blue Jays weren't too thrilled that this trick worked.
After what I read in the paper this morning about A-Rod (he was seen with a blonde lady - hotel - strip club - not his wife) this might be a nice that they are talking about baseball and not the other stuff.

In Ohio HS Baseball, the umpires would be correct to call the batter out, because of the runner's interference. Arod just proves again that he is classless!

Is there not a general "making a mockery of the game" rule that gives MLB umpires the same latitude as Ohio HS umpires?
